Advancing Paths of Discovery With You

We are an extension of your laboratory

We are scientist tasked to enable advancements and discovery with expert NGS, multi omics analysis and data generation. The work we perform in the laboratory have a direct impact on key breakthroughs on human well-being. Data quality and results completed in our laboratory improve healthcare, foster technological innovations, address environmental challenges and enhance humanity’s common understanding of the world.

SeqMatic Lab Staff

Completed Project Examples:
Applications and Areas of Analysis

Analysis workflows with goals to aid disease prognosis and treatments:

A number of sequencing and multiomic analyses conducted at the SeqMatic laboratory are for cancer, obesity, diabetes and other disease research and testing.

Metagenomics and Metatranscriptomics Analyses to find Environmental Stability:

DNA and mRNA sequencing services supporting customer’s goals to enable identification of gene expression responses to environmental stress (water)

Non-model sample analyses to gain insights about Food Security:

The list of non-model sample specimen’s types coming to SeqMatic as part of higher-yielding goals, disease -resistance goals or climate -resilient variety goals is large. Lentil and grape samples are two of the latest analyses completed by our laboratory.

Generating data outputs from careful Multiomics and NGS analyses to serve as base for Informed-Decision-making:

At the SeqMatic laboratory, awareness of project goals drive our white-glove services. We understand the importance of evidence-based initiatives put forward by informed choices about health, environment and technology.

Partnering and being part of deployment processes for Technological Innovations go-to-market strategies:

The SeqMatic laboratory has a long history of pilot validation and testing of new technologies with leading biotechnology companies globally. (Illumina)

Addressing shared challenges across borders as part of global laboratory collaborations:

SeqMatic services are featured in hundreds of scientific research publications, many of which are collaborative projects and shared studies that cover topics from pathogen surveillance and metagenomics to human and agricultural genomics.
